Something not quite right? We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that havent been used and are in the same original packaging that you received. To start a return or exchange please contact us at info@northfordboutique.com

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issue a return label via email & the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.
- If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you might not be entitled to a refund if the problem is minor (such as a scratch on a CD case).
